Seafood Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ritz crackers
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream, divided
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drain and flake
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix crumbled crackers and melted margarine.
Press into spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cream cheese, eggs and 1/4 cup sour cream.
Add prepared salmon, lemon juice, onion and pepper.
Mix and pour over prepared crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Run knife around outside of pan.
Cool.
Remove sides.
Spread remaining sour cream over top.
