Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking soda together in bowl.
    Set aside.
    In a separate bowl, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add dry ingredients and Ricotta cheese alternately to butter mixture, ending with flour.
    Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Ice with your favorite icing.
