Dried Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. chopped dried beef
1/2 small finely chopped onion
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
8 oz. shredded Cheddar
fine chopped nuts or parsley for coating

Preparation

Mix ingredients very well.
Form into a ball.
Wrap in plastic; chill.
Just before serving, roll ball in nuts or parsley.
Serve with assorted crackers.
