Peachy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken (use breasts or legs, whatever you like)
    1 (18 oz.) jar peach preserves
    1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing
Preparation
    Skin chicken; season to taste.
    Arrange chicken in pan.
    Mix peach preserves and dressing.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Turn chicken halfway.
    Serves 8 to 10.
