Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 can water
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can (or 2 small cans) B & B mushrooms, sliced in butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    garlic, chopped
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    3 lb. ground chuck
    salt, garlic powder, etc.
    8 lasagna noodles
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    chopped parsley
    Velveeta, American or Cheddar cheese, cut in strips
    Mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
    1small can Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large pot, mix first nine ingredients, bring to boil and simmer.
    Brown ground chuck (seasoned with salt, garlic powder, etc.) in a large skillet.
    Add meat to sauce and simmer for at least 1 1/2 or 2 hours.
