Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 stick butter plus 1/8 stick
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. half and half milk
1 c. sugar plus 1/4 c.
vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Cook in 10-inch pie plate.
Cream butter slightly.
Add sugar and cornstarch.
Add beaten eggs and half and half milk.
Stir in vanilla flavor.
Pour in unbaked crust.
Bake until done.
Can test with straw or bake until cake tester comes out clean.
