Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 small jar pimento (optional)
    2 cans cream-style corn
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
    Remove from heat. Add next 8 ingredients.
    Pour into a buttered casserole.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
