Orange Kiss Me Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1/3 c. nuts
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 orange
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Grind raisins, orange and nuts; set aside.
Sift flour with baking soda and salt.
Add 3/4 cup milk and shortening, mix well. Add 1/2 cup milk and eggs, beaten well.
Stir in orange mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
While warm, add topping.
