Ham Pie With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped ham
    3 boiled eggs
    2 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
    single pie crust
    black pepper
Preparation
    Make a single pie crust and set aside.
    Make dumplings by mixing Bisquick and milk.
    In a saucepan, put ham in 3 cups of water.
    Season with lots of black pepper.
    Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
    Drop dumplings by teaspoons into rapid boiling ham mixture.
    Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes without stirring. Add chopped boiled eggs.
    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Top with rolled out strips of pie crust just to cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is browned.
