Ice Cream Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    tall can pineapple tidbits, drained
    10 oz. frozen strawberries
    2 sliced bananas
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sugar and set aside. Mix pineapple, strawberries, bananas and nuts together.
    Add cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in lined loaf pan (use foil to line pan) and freeze.
    To serve, cut slices.
    This keeps a long time in freezer.
