Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices dry bread
    2 tsp vanilla
    boiling water
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 cup raisins
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    3 eggs beaten
    1/8 tsp salt
    3/4 cup sugar
    4 cups milk
Preparation
    Tear bread in pieces and place in ungreased 3 qt casserole. Pour boiling water over raisins, drain.
    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in mixing bowl.
    Mix in raisins and pour over bread.
    Bake about 1 hour 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with topping.
