Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. 1-inch cubes fresh bread (ex: long French bread)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir well. Pour into a lightly greased 10 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
