Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, cut in small strips
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 eggs, scrambled
    1/4 c. soya sauce
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 garlic bulb, crushed
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Chop vegetables and set aside.
    Scramble eggs and set aside. Cut meat.
    Saute 1 tablespoon cooking oil with each different vegetable and set aside.
