Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, shredded chicken
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
    1/4 c. tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 green onions, chopped
    chopped peanuts to garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Combine shredded chicken, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and green onions in large bowl; set aside.
