Old-Fashioned Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 All-Ready pie crust (Pillsbury crust)
3 to 4 halved chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
8 oz. white Shoe Peg corn (frozen)
dash of pepper
4 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
8 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook chicken until tender (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
Let chicken cool in broth if possible.
Remove from broth and take off the bone in pieces.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with chicken pieces.
Top with peas and carrots and corn.
