Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or more if you like
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone and set aside, reserving broth.
    To 7 cups chicken broth, add onion, bell pepper, celery, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add raw rice; adjust heat and cover.
    Cook until rice is done.
    Add deboned chicken; simmer.
    Serve and enjoy.
    Serves 6 to 8.
