Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced, peeled tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped peeled cucumber
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1/2 c. beef consomme
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender; blend thoroughly.
    Chill well.
    Serve in cold mugs or bowls.
    Add seasoned croutons and paprika.
    Serves 8.
