Creole Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter beans, cooked (no seasoning)
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper.
Stir all ingredients into beans. Simmer 20 minutes.
Crumble bacon on top when served.
