Swiss Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs, beaten
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter, melted
    10 to 12 slices cubed fresh bread
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken up
Preparation
    Mix together first 3 ingredients; add salt as desired.
    Put bread cubes on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread.
    Sprinkle onion, pepper and mushrooms on top.
    Pour egg mixture slowly over top.
    Sprinkle bacon on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
