Sausage And Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) onion dip
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
salt and pepper
1 (30 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, shredded, thawed
Preparation

Brown the sausage.
Drain.
Combine the cheese, soup, sour cream, onion dip, onions, peppers, salt, and pepper. Fold in hash browns. Mix well.
Spread 1/2 of the potato mixture over the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
Spread 1/2 of browned sausage over hash browns.
Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
