Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large, ripe tomatoes, diced
    2 large green peppers, diced small
    2 medium onions, run through food processor
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped chili peppers (jalapeno type)
    1 to 2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together; let set a while and spoon off \"water\" from top 2 to 3 times.
    Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours (at least) before using.
