Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shell macaroni
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1 can black olives
1 small bottle olives
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 small onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tomatoes
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Cool.
Cut cheese and pepperoni in bite-size pieces.
Slice olives.
Dice green pepper, celery and onion.
Add to pasta.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, oil and vinegar. Combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
Chill overnight.
Add diced tomatoes just before serving.
