Sausage Cheddar Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild/regular sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. minced basil leaves
dash of garlic
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
4 eggs
dash of paprika
9-inch pastry for quiche dish or 2 frozen pie shells
Preparation

Cook sausage until browned; drain.
Combine sausage with next 7 ingredients.
Mix well.
Spoon into pie shell.
Top with shredded cheese.
Combine milk and eggs and beat until foamy. Pour evenly over sausage mixture; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown and quiche is set.
