Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1/4 c. margarine
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Fold sugar into stiff egg mixtures. Mix in pecans. Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir pecans in pan every 10 minutes.
