Cheesy Tortilla Corn(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    2/3 c. crushed tortilla chips
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    2 pkg. frozen corn (10 oz. each), thawed and drained
    1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Cook onions and red peppers in 2 tablespoons margarine until tender.
    Stir in corn and cheese.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts and mixture is heated.
    Melt remaining 2 tablespoons margarine in separate pan and stir in seasoning and chips.
    Cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
    Spoon corn into bowl and top with tortilla mixture.
