Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Grease 2 loaf pans.
Mix as for cake in order given.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
