Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 1/3 c. unsifted flour
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.
    Add 2 cups flour and mix well.
    Pat into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
