Old-Fashion Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine the dry ingredients.
Beat eggs and add to dry mixture and beat well.
Add milk gradually, then the melted butter.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until done.
