Golden Apple Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, peeled apples
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pastry for double crust pie
    milk
    sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine apples, nuts, brown sugar, raisins, flour and cinnamon; set aside.
    Roll pastry to 1/8-inch thickness; cut into 5-inch circles.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup apple mixture into center of each circle.
    Moisten edges of pastry with water; fold over and seal with a fork.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 400\u00b0; bake 10 minutes longer.
    Brush each with milk; sprinkle with sugar.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
