No Added Fat Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. nonfat or low-fat margarine
    1 (8 oz.) container nonfat sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. For the margarine, I use nonfat.
    Some people do not like the taste of nonfat and use low-fat.
