Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except eggs.
Mix well, then stir in beaten eggs.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
