Italian Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    In a saucepan, heat milk, water and butter until warm (butter does not need to melt).
    Add to flour mixture. Stir in egg.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand stir in Parmesan cheese and enough remaining flour to make a firm dough. Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Let rise in a warm oven 15 minutes, covered.
    Punch down and divide into 16 pieces.
    Form into balls and dip into melted butter.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover and let rise in warm oven 10 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
