Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 prebaked pie crust
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. Pet milk
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix in saucepan.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes until thick. Pour into pie crust.
Beat 2 egg whites until peaks form.
Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.
Spread over pie.
