* Scotch Shortbread * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine
    5/8 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and chill dough.
    Roll out to 1/3 to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with hot tea.
