Potato Salad And Noodle Salad Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Place eggs, white vinegar, mustard and oil in frying pan, on medium heat, cook until mixture starts to thicken.
    Let cool for about 5 minutes.
    Add 7 to 8 tablespoons or more of mayonnaise; mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Fold in the potatoes or noodles.
    Chill.
