Clam Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can minced or chopped clams
1 cube butter
1 bunch green onions
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves or more garlic
1 c. fresh parsley or 1/3 c. dry
1/4 c. sherry or white wine (optional)
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in butter.
Add mushrooms, parsley and wine.
Add clams with juice just before serving.
Pour over spaghetti or vermicelli.
