Garlic Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small loaf French or Italian bread, cubed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13 pan, heat olive oil and butter until melted, then add parsley and garlic. Toss bread cubes in oil mixture. Bake at 200\u00b0, stirring every 10 minutes, until toasted, but not crunchy (about 40 to 50 minutes). Excellent with any Italian type salad. Store in the refrigerator in a Ziploc baggie.
