Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer, cooked (boil 1 hour)
    1 Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup (low-fat)
    3/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 small pkg. sliced almonds (optional)
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on box.
    Debone chicken into bite size pieces.
    Mix all (except cheese) in a large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Take out and sprinkle with cheese on top.
    Return to oven and bake 15 more minutes.
