Pepper Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears sweet corn (yellow or white)
    1/2 sweet green pepper, chopped
    1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob, milk cobs.
    Melt margarine in saucepan. Add all peppers.
    Saute 3 to 4 minutes on medium.
    Add corn and cook only 5 or 6 minutes.
    Add salt to taste.
    Great side dish with cookout meals.
