Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. or less fat
    2 large onions, diced
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    Heat fat in Dutch oven.
    Add onions and pepper.
    Saute.
    Add meat and cook until brown, stirring to separate meat.
    Pour tomatoes and soup into blender.
    Blend until liquid and add to meat mixture.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Cover.
    Simmer about one hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add water if mixture gets too thick. Combine garlic and salt; add with beans to meat mixture.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Freeze leftovers.
