Microwave Fast Fixin Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

In
large
bowl,
mix
sugar
and
cocoa.
Add milk and butter (do
not
stir).
Heat 4 1/2 to 6 minutes on High until butter is melted; add nuts and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Spread into well-greased square baking dish; chill until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
Yields about 3 pounds.
