Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 clove garlic, slivered
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    6 crisp-cooked bacon slices
Preparation
    Wash spinach.
    Discard stems; tear into bite sized pieces. Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Combine oil and garlic in a bowl; let stand for 2 hours.
    Discard oil.
