Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped, peeled peaches or nectarines
1 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Combine gelatin and sugar; stir in the 2 cups orange juice and peel.
Heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Stir in buttermilk.
Chill until partially set. Fold in fruit.
Turn into a 6 1/2-cup mold.
Chill until firm. For dressing, stir together sour cream and 1/4 cup orange juice. Cover and chill.
To serve, unmold salad onto lettuce lined platter; pass dressing.
Serves 10.
