Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot rise corn meal
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
7 hot peppers (4 large bananas), chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Melt 1 stick oleo in pan.
Pour mixture of all ingredients in. Spoon oleo over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
