Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken thighs
    1 bay leaf
    1 sweet pepper, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Bone thighs. Cut into pieces.
    Saute in oil in pan. Simmer for 30 minutes (adding bay leaf the last 2 minutes).
    Remove chicken from pan. Saute pepper and onion slices in oil for 15 minutes. Remove.
    Mix garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes. Add everything back to pan. Simmer for 1 hour.
