Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium-large baking potatoes
    2 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives or onion (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes; cool slightly.
    Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out potato, being careful not to tear skins.
    Mash with milk to moisten.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mash together.
    Mound in shells and place in shallow pan.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until heated through.
