Layered Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can refried beans
3 avocados
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. chopped green onions (tops, too)
2 c. chopped, seeded tomatoes
1 c. chopped olives
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation

Put on a large plate with rim.
For the first layer, spread the refried beans.
For second layer, mash the avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
For third layer, mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise and package of taco seasoning.
For fourth layer, layer the chopped green onions, tomatoes, olives and shredded cheese one at a time over the top.
Serve with tortilla chips.
