Machaca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder
    salsa
    flour tortillas
    sour cream
    avocados
Preparation
    Do not trim brisket; wrap in foil and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 until well done enough to fall apart.
    Then trim brisket and shred with two forks.
    Pour salsa over meat and let it soak in.
    Heat before serving.
    Fold in flour tortillas and top with sour cream and avocado pieces.
    Brisket freezes well for later use.
