Matzas Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. matzo meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat whites until stiff.
    Beat in yolks. Fold in matzo meal and salt.
    Let stand 15 minutes or more.
    Form into balls with wet hands and drop into boiling water or soup.
    Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
