Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1 1/2 tsp. oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    cooked rice
    1/2 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp
Preparation
    Saute vegetables.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
